Lynn is a Merrithew Certified STOTT PILATES Instructor with specialist certifications in Injuries & Special Populations and Bodytree Prehab. Her teaching focuses on personalised, joint-friendly Pilates for postural imbalance, chronic stiffness, scoliosis and movement concerns across all stages of life.
